Justus van Heerden
Justus’ practice mainly comprise of litigation and alternative dispute resolution specialising in commercial, construction, administrative litigation and arbitration.
He commenced his articles of clerkship with Weavind in 2011 and on completion of same was appointed as an associate.
In Pretoria his roots grow deep having matriculated as vice head boy of the Afrikaans Hoër Seunskool in 2005 and graduating from the University of Pretoria in 2010.
He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in February 2013. Justus is constantly on the lookout to expand his passion for the law. In this regard he completed an advanced course in construction and engineering law at the University of Pretoria in 2014 (passed with distinction) and has set his sight on a post-graduate degree in mining law at the University of Johannesburg.
